Choosing a teacher for CA Final November 2026 is difficult because a regular course, a fast-track batch, a revision playlist and a one-day marathon solve four different problems. A video can be excellent and still be wrong for your level, remaining hours or attempt. The November applicable-study-material notice and LVRC page are live, but a November 2026 Final RTP or MTP was not visible on the official indexes checked on 13 July. The dates below come from ICAI’s 2 May 2026 examination announcement. Papers 1 to 5 are scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Paper 6 is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Recheck your admit card and ICAI announcements because the Institute remains the final authority.

The paper names match ICAI’s Final New Scheme page. ICAI also published a November 2026 applicable-study-material notice and started Final LVRC recordings. On the research date, the official Final RTP index ended at May 2026, and a November Final MTP announcement was not visible. Do not label an older paper as the November 2026 RTP or MTP.
Why teacher choice changes from FR to IBS
FR and AFM
The teacher should make the concept and solution path clear, but your marks depend on reproducing workings without the video. A playlist with many solved sums is weak for you if it never leaves time for independent ICAI questions.
Advanced Audit
Understanding is only the first layer. You also need technical headings, key words, memory retrieval and complete written answers. A good explanation without writing practice can still leave the paper unfinished or vague.
DT and IDT
A teacher must connect law with questions and clearly separate concepts from attempt updates. The final authority for amendments, exclusions and applicable material is ICAI, not an old marathon title or coaching PDF.
IBS
Generic revision of separate subjects is not complete IBS preparation. You need full-case reading, issue spotting, cross-paper application, quick source navigation and structured answers under a four-hour limit.

Subscriber count, views, AIR advertisements and short-form popularity were not ranking factors. The research began with the current CA Final paper map, then checked original channel pages and direct resources for an actual November 2026 use.

Use the playlist four days a week, but divide a long class into topic blocks. After each block, close the video and reproduce the recognition, measurement or working path from memory. Then solve a different ICAI question. Complete concept learning
First test a normal regular lecture, not a marathon. Free YouTube evidence is strongest for revision in many papers, so a beginner should also check ICAI BoS classes and calculate whether a structured regular course is needed.
Fast-track completion
Use fast track only when basic terminology is familiar and the hours fit your calendar. Sample a concept class and a question class before buying or committing.
Revision and marathon

Complete beginner
Format: regular or carefully chosen fast track.

Repeater

Class-hours feasibility test
Calculate the days remaining, realistic daily study hours and a protected revision/test buffer. A 200-hour course is not useful when only 120 usable lecture hours remain before revision.
This is a planning formula, not an ICAI rule. Count only realistic hours after office, articleship, sleep and other papers.
Switch only for a clear reason
- The required chapter sequence is incomplete or follows the wrong scheme.
- Explanations remain unclear after a fair three-class trial and active review.
- The remaining lecture hours cannot fit while protecting revision and tests.
- The course gives theory but no bridge to ICAI questions or written answers.
- The language or pace consistently blocks understanding and output.

How to prepare for Integrated Business Solutions
The November 2026 guidance notes confirm that IBS is a four-hour case-study based open-book examination. Candidates may carry their own material in hard form, including ICAI material, textbooks, bare Acts and student notes. Electronic devices and exchange of material are not permitted. Answers must be written by the candidate; pasting material into the answer booklet is prohibited.
The paper contains five cases of 25 marks, and four are attempted. Each case carries 10 marks of MCQs and 15 marks of descriptive computation, analysis or interpretation. The official guidance also states that the MCQs have no negative marking. These rules may be rechecked on the admit card and any later official notice.
Group 1, Group 2 and both-groups strategy
Group 1 only
Keep FR and AFM on alternating problem blocks and Audit on daily recall/writing. Do not complete all practical lectures first and leave Audit writing for October.
Group 2 only
Finish DT/IDT first learning with the correct attempt material, while practising one IBS case each week. Increase complete-case frequency as the exam approaches.
Both groups
Give the larger daily block to the current priority group, but maintain a continuing 45–90 minute recall or question block for the other group. Group 2 does not begin after Audit ends.
Repeater with exemptions
Use the current SSP/exam form and ICAI exemption guidance to identify the papers you must write. Do not rely on an old summary. Put saved hours into full papers and weak-area repair.
Still completing lectures
Run the hours test now. Freeze teacher changes, remove duplicate lectures and set a final completion date that leaves at least two serious revision cycles.
Working or on study leave
A working student needs small weekday outputs and strong weekends. A study-leave student needs more tests, not simply more videos. Choose the plan that matches actual usable hours.
Flexible 16-week countdown for CA Final
From 13 July to the 2 November Group 1 paper, roughly 16 weeks remain. The date ranges below protect revision and full-paper work from the beginning. A Group 2-only student can carry the same phases forward to 9 November. Recalculate if you start later.
Attempt short diagnostics, complete the three-class teacher trial, list remaining lecture hours and freeze one main source per paper. Begin one IBS case or navigation drill each week.
Complete the highest-priority concepts and chapter questions. Do not let lectures consume the solving block. Write Audit answers and maintain DT/IDT update sheets.
Run the first full revision: chapter recall, selected ICAI questions and amendments. Start mixed practical sets and timed theory answers.
Run the second revision with mixed questions, current RTP/MTP if released and regular IBS cases. Repair the recurring error categories rather than replaying every lecture.

Revision, RTP, MTP and full-paper method
1. Diagnostic paper
Begin with a shortened mixed paper or one earlier New Scheme paper section. Its job is to show whether the problem is knowledge, question selection, recall, writing, calculator use, source navigation or time. Do not treat one diagnostic score as a prediction.
2. Chapter tests
After a lecture block, attempt a closed-book chapter set. For practical papers, show complete workings. For Audit, write full answers. For tax papers, mark whether the error comes from concept or attempt applicability.
3. RTP and MTP
When ICAI releases the November 2026 RTP or MTP, download it from the official page and attempt it under time before opening a teacher discussion. On 13 July, neither was verified on the Final indexes. An unofficial coaching paper or older RTP must be labelled honestly.
4. Full paper
Run Papers 1 to 5 in a three-hour window and IBS in the verified four-hour format. Include the current MCQ component: official guidance states 30% MCQs for Papers 1 to 5 and 40% for Paper 6, with no negative marking.
5. Post-mock analysis
