Student Guide Verified public channel links
A clean shortlist for previous-year questions, daily practice, mock support, SSC updates and Havaldar physical-test guidance—without filling your phone with twenty noisy groups.
For most students, the best setup is three channels—not one. Use SahilDubey.Com for daily current affairs, mock tests, government-job alerts, revision PDFs and eBooks. Add SSC Adda247 or SSC Wallah for MTS-labelled classes, quizzes and PYQs. Havaldar candidates can keep SelectionWay only for physical-test and admit-card update tracking.
Disclosure: SahilDubey.Com is owned and managed by this website. It is an independent education channel and is not an official Staff Selection Commission channel. Every Telegram channel in this article is unofficial; exam dates, results, admit cards and physical-test instructions must be confirmed on SSC’s website.
SSC MTS preparation looks simple because the syllabus includes basic Maths, Reasoning, English and General Awareness. The real difficulty is maintaining speed, revising small facts and avoiding careless mistakes. Telegram can help with short quizzes and PYQ files, but random downloading usually creates more pressure than progress.
There is another common confusion. MTS and Havaldar candidates take the computer-based exam, but the PET/PST stage is connected with the Havaldar post. A channel that is useful for English quizzes may have no reliable physical-test information. This guide therefore gives each channel one practical role and also tells you what to verify before using its material.
01Know which preparation lane is yours
Your Telegram folder should follow the selection process. Do not copy a Havaldar candidate’s physical plan if you applied only for MTS, and do not ignore PET/PST if Havaldar is included in your post preference.
Computer-based exam
Prepare Maths, Reasoning, General Awareness and English through concepts, PYQs, timed quizzes and mocks.
PET and PST
Shortlisted Havaldar candidates face the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test after the written result.
SSC verification
Use SSC for the notification, result, regional admit card, schedule, corrigendum and final instructions.
Current status checked on 21 August 2026
The SSC notice board showed the MTS and Havaldar Examination 2025 CBE result on 3 August 2026 for shortlisting Havaldar candidates to PET/PST. Regional SSC websites were also publishing PET/PST notices or admit-card updates. Separately, SSC’s calendar listed the MTS 2026 examination cycle, but this guide does not treat an unofficial Telegram vacancy poster as the detailed notice.
The paper and PET examples below use the latest complete 2025 notice only as a planning reference. Recheck every standard in the notice for your own recruitment year on the official SSC website.
If you need a full study order before joining channels, first read the SSC MTS preparation roadmap. Students still comparing government exams can use the guide to government exams available after Class 10.
02Useful SSC MTS Telegram channels
These channels were selected after checking their public pages and the kind of SSC MTS content visible there. They are not ranked by subscriber count. Read the role and caution note, then choose only what fills a gap in your plan.
03Choose channels by purpose
Joining all six is unnecessary. Build a folder with one daily-support channel and one exam-specific source. Add a third channel only if you need mock or PET/PST updates.
Start with SSC Adda247 or SSC Wallah. Check year, shift, subject and answer source before solving.
Use SahilDubey.Com plus one Adda247 or Wallah poll source. Review every wrong answer.
Use Testbook or Rojgar With Ankit for practice reminders and analysis discussions.
Use SelectionWay as an alert, then confirm the notice and admit card on your SSC regional portal.
Video learners can use the separate SSC MTS YouTube channel guide. For daily news revision without mixing class promotions, compare the options in the current-affairs Telegram guide.
04Turn Telegram messages into marks
A saved PDF has zero value until you solve it. Use this simple routine so Telegram remains a study tool instead of becoming another scrolling app.
Morning: 15-minute current-affairs check
Read one short update set and note only facts that need another revision.
Study block: one concept and 25 questions
Learn one weak topic, close the class and solve questions without looking at notes.
Evening: two timed quizzes
Choose one strong and one weak section. Do not answer by checking comments.
Night: five-minute error log
Write the concept behind every wrong answer and schedule its next revision.
Weekly: one full mock with analysis
Track accuracy and time. Watching a mock solution is not the same as attempting it.
The latest complete notice used for planning had Session I for Maths and Reasoning and Session II for General Awareness and English. It had no negative marking in Session I and one-mark negative marking per wrong answer in Session II. Reconfirm this from your year’s notification before making an attempt strategy. The exam notification analyzer can help you separate official dates, eligibility and exam rules from promotional messages.
05Check a PYQ file before trusting it
Many Telegram files use “PYQ” in the filename even when the questions are memory-based or created by a coaching team. That does not make the file useless, but you should know what you are solving.
- Exam name: It should say SSC MTS, not another organisation’s MTS recruitment.
- Year and shift: A genuine shift paper normally identifies when it was asked.
- Session and subject: Separate Maths/Reasoning practice from English/General Awareness.
- Answer quality: Cross-check a doubtful answer instead of memorising it from the PDF.
- Timer: Solve first and open the solution later. Reading answers creates false confidence.
- Copyright: Avoid leaked papers and unauthorised scans of paid books or courses.
Do not chase “100% repeated questions”
PYQs show topic weight, language and difficulty. They do not guarantee the next paper. A channel selling a leaked paper, guaranteed selection or marks improvement through an insider is a risk, not a shortcut.
06Havaldar PET: use Telegram only for support
The Havaldar physical stage is often described incorrectly as a running test. In the latest complete 2025 notice used as a reference, the PET was a walking task. The PST separately checked physical measurements. These reference standards were:
Planning reference from the 2025 notice
PST standards and permitted relaxations depend on sex and eligible categories. Do not use a Telegram infographic as your final measurement rule. Download the notice for your cycle and read the PET/PST section yourself.
Start with regular brisk walking, comfortable footwear and gradual practice rather than a sudden maximum-effort session. Warm up, train on a measured route and keep rest days. Stop if you experience chest pain, severe dizziness or an injury, and take professional medical advice when needed. A motivational group cannot judge your health.
MTS-only candidates do not need to prepare for Havaldar PET/PST unless their application includes Havaldar. After the CBE result, shortlisted Havaldar candidates should check their regional SSC portal and admit card for the actual date, venue and reporting instructions.
07Verify alerts and protect your account
Telegram is fast, but speed also helps fake links spread. A genuine-looking SSC logo on a poster does not make the poster official.
- Check whether the post refers to MTS 2025, MTS 2026 or another cycle.
- Match the notice date and title on the SSC notice board.
- Use your official login or regional website for the admit card.
- Never share your SSC password, OTP, Aadhaar OTP or banking PIN with an admin.
- Do not pay a personal UPI account to “release” a result or admit card.
- Avoid unknown APK files shared as mock-test or admit-card apps.
If you apply for several exams, keep broader notifications in a separate folder using the government job-alert Telegram guide. This prevents SSC MTS study messages from getting buried under unrelated vacancies.
Source and independence note: Official-status information was checked on 21 August 2026 against the SSC notice board, the SSC examination calendar shown on the official homepage and the SSC Southern Region announcement page. Telegram channel descriptions and visible posts were checked for their study focus. Inclusion is not an official endorsement, and usernames or posting focus can change.
08Frequently asked questions
Which is the best Telegram channel for SSC MTS preparation?
No single channel is best for every task. SahilDubey.Com is useful for daily current affairs, mocks, job alerts, PDFs and eBooks. SSC Adda247 or SSC Wallah can support MTS PYQs and quizzes, while Testbook can help with practice reminders. Verify official updates on SSC's website.
Is SahilDubey.Com an official SSC Telegram channel?
No. It is an independent education channel owned and managed by SahilDubey.com. It is not affiliated with the Staff Selection Commission.
Are SSC MTS PYQ PDFs on Telegram reliable?
Some are genuine shift-wise papers, while others are memory-based sets or coaching mocks. Check the exam name, year, shift, session and answer source before treating a file as a previous-year paper.
Are daily Telegram quizzes enough for SSC MTS?
No. Quizzes are useful for recall, but complete preparation also needs concept study, timed PYQs, full mock tests and analysis of mistakes.
Do SSC MTS candidates have to clear PET/PST?
PET/PST is for the Havaldar post. Candidates applying only for MTS do not take the Havaldar physical stage. Always confirm the selection process in your recruitment notice.
What was the Havaldar PET standard in the latest complete notice?
The 2025 notice used as a planning reference required male candidates to walk 1600 metres in 15 minutes and female candidates to walk 1 kilometre in 20 minutes. Recheck the standard in the notice and admit card for your own cycle.
Where should I verify SSC MTS results and PET dates?
Use ssc.gov.in for results and notices, and the relevant regional SSC website for admit-card or schedule instructions. Do not travel based only on a Telegram poster or forwarded PDF.
Final recommendation
Keep SahilDubey.Com as your daily support channel, choose either SSC Adda247 or SSC Wallah for MTS-specific practice, and add Testbook only when you need structured mock support. Havaldar candidates can use SelectionWay to notice physical updates, but the final instruction must always come from SSC.
The channel list will not improve your score by itself. Solve the PYQ, review the quiz, correct the mistake and repeat. That simple habit is more valuable than collecting hundreds of unread PDFs.
