Text search depends on extractable PDF text. Image-only scanned pages may show correctly but may return little or no searchable text because this tool does not claim built-in OCR. Manual visual highlights, boxes, underlines, bookmarks and page notes can still be used on those pages.

When you download an annotated PDF, visual marks are added to the PDF pages. Rotated or unusually cropped PDF pages can use different coordinate systems, so check the exported copy before relying on it as your final saved version.

Can I tag PDF notes as Formula, Definition or Doubt?

Yes. The tool includes common study tags and also accepts a custom tag. Tags are included in the revision library and exported study notes.

Can I search inside the complete PDF?

Yes when the PDF contains extractable text. Search results show matching pages and a short text preview. Scanned image-only PDFs may not provide searchable text without OCR.

Can I create revision notes from selected PDF text?

The tool can save study data locally for the same PDF in the current browser. Export the study session JSON if you want a portable backup before clearing browser data or changing devices.
